Why wasn't it used more often?

Hello,
Something that has been :| bothering me for a long time now about Harry Potter is "Why wasn't the time tuner used after they used it to save Sirius/Hippogriff in HP3"? There were so many momentary errors that could have been undone like Harry touching the Tri-Wizard cup and much more... Any theories??

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.

My guess would be the consequences if they got caught, and I think they would be caught at some point if they kept using them (by caught I mean someone seeing their future-self in the past-situation). In addition, the situation in which Harry touches the Tri-Wizard cup would probably be too big of a situation to change- and probably too many consequences.

Because JK messed up, discovered it was too powerful and that nothing would be permanent if it remained a viable option for the plot.

Also, nothing actually changed when they went back in time. Everything played out as they had already experienced it.

Literally. Tbf, I didn't even finish the book xD I have it, but it just seemed too messed up for me.
